My brother from another mother. My side kick in life and one funny fella. We shared some good times my friend. 36 is a joke of an age to be taken from us all. You’re gone but will never be forgotten. Rest easy my friend xxx

Carl a kind and caring lad, a brother to everyone, and a joy to be around.
A good man more remarkable then we even knew.
I remember the good times as a kid, playing football every Sunday come rain or shine, building the best dens and celebrating bonfire night with the biggest fires we could build.
He had so much love in his heart and I always felt safe and relaxed around him.
He was a funny lad and brought Joy, Peace, Colour and Laughter into Life.
He will be sadly missed, but may his spirit live on in the ones who loved him.
My thoughts and prayers are with Dougie, Sue, George, Eve and Phoebe.
God bless mate!
We didnot meet up often but when we did Carl was so pleasnt and great fun.Our heartfelt condolences to Georgina and family and to the wider tribe of Carl,
Rest in Peace Carl,
all love Heather , Owain ,Paddy Robbie
Carl was a great lad and will be hugely missed. I'll miss him coming into the club with his huge grin on his face and shouting ‘hello darling!’ as his comical greeting and his general joking about and taking the micky. He used to have us all in stitches at times with the things he used to come out with. Will miss the chats that we used to have about music and will miss our competitive games that we used to have with each other on the snooker table. He was a very dedicated player on our snooker team at Walmersley Con and always played when he could do and he was a very good player.
My thoughts go out to Carl’s family at this very difficult time.

Carl was a good friend and colleague of my late husband (Wilf) and a truly lovely man. I just want to pass on my heartfelt condolences to all his family. Joan Riley x
