Aunty Margaret will be greatly missed, I am sad we couldn't all be there to give her the send off she deserves. She will never be forgotten as she never ever forgot a single one of us, our birthdays, Christmas, everything, she was always there. In my memories and my heart forever. Xxx
Dear Bill
I am sorry for your loss. Auntie will be greatly missed and I am very grateful for her always having her own mind and always remaining close throughout the years. She has always been a wonderful person especially with the children when they were young. All my love Rita. Xx
Bill I am so sorry for your loss. We will all miss auntie Margaret she really was a lovely lady n just had a knack of being there at the right time. Auntie Margaret always rang to see how I was when I was poorly which meant a lot. I am also eternally grateful to her for helping me so much when grace was young and she gave me respite taking grace of my hands when I was working. She also supported others in the family by looking after Dawn n Sean. When she came back in a bedraggled state She always said oh they have been so good which I never believed after looking after all 3 very lively young children. We will all miss her and thank you for sharing your mum. Xx
Bill I am so sorry for your loss I have so many fond memories with Aunty Margret.
She was an amazing woman in every way. When I was a child I dont think she ever successfully managed to pop down to the Market for a quick shop without taking me into the town centre. She has never missed a birthday or Christmas and there was never a time that we wouldnt be welcomed into her home for a cup of tea and a chat. She will be missed for so many reasons but I am so bless that she was a part of mine and my daughters life xxx
Aunty Margaret was a very special person who will be seriously missed. We have so many amazing memories of her all of which will be treasured. Aunty Margaret had an amazing sense of humour, she was always caring, thoughtful and positive, she was unbelievably patient and she made the best lob scouse ever!
She will be really missed.
Love the Hollows family.
In memory of Aunty Margaret.
We have a lifetime of special memories of Aunty Margaret especially growing up in Farnworth, the allotments, our joint family weekend trips to Sandside and our summer holidays to the Lakes, Wales and wilds of Scotland. She has now moved on to join Uncle Bill but they will never be forgotten.
David, John and I always looked forward to our turn to be invited by Aunty to tea on a Sunday. It was a real treat and was always accompanied with doorstopper slices of bread with lashings of butter, sliced onions or shallots in vinegar and a choice of cream cakes to finish, of which we usually had first choice. Target practice with Uncle Bill's Webley air pistol put the cherry on the cake.
I can remember a group of us, in our late teens, unexpectedly dropping in on Aunty, Uncle and Bill at their camper van in Clachtoll. Aunty asked if we wanted a bite to eat and in no time at all she had us all sitting down to a steaming bowl of potato hash. Magic! Those were the days when we could just say "we'll see you in Scotland"
Aunty was a trouper, rock solid, good hearted, never flustered and always there for you.
She will be much missed at our Boxing Day get togethers.
Margaret,
you was never just a customer, you was a kind, true loyal friend!
We put the world to rights every week, and we always found something to laugh about.
I will truly miss you more than you know!
Thank you for being my friend!
Love and miss you. Ann. Xxx
