You were always there for us whenever we needed anything. You will forever be in our hearts and thoughts.
You loved life and lived in to the fullest hope you are now propping up the jukebox in heaven with a Jack Daniels.

So sorry we cannot be there with the family today but you and of course Mary will be in our thoughts. A feisty lady, dedicated country-western fan, intrepid if erratic driver and most of all a much loved sister. Rest in peace and tell St Peter you'll need plenty of heavenly space for all your stuff!
Few people will know about all the devoted care that my sister Mary gave to our mother, Josie McDermott, when she could no longer look after herself. Mary took on a huge burden yet remained cheerful and kind, with a good sense of humour!
Mary I'm gonna miss you so much at next Buckle and Boots. It was an honour sitting next to you at the front of the stage We were the right front row junkies. I'll always remember you RIP ❤️
Mary, we met very briefly, firstly at Buckle and Boots sat together on a hay bale. Sang Amazing Grace in the morning Service then at FSA. You had a spirit like my mom for music, once it was going you lit up and came to life, dancing around. Im really sad that we wont see you around at festivals or live shows. Goodnight Mary, love to your children and family.
We were so sad to hear this news, we met Mary and Tommy quite a few years ago at the Americana Festival through a mutual love of Hank Williams and we became friends, she always called us Hank & Audrey. She was a lovely lady with a bubbly personality who always made us laugh over something or other, we always looked out for at Festivals and we will very much miss bumping into her in the future. Our thoughts go out to her family xxx
We shall miss your beaming smile and your vibrancy. The life and soul of the party. Country music was your passion and you always supported our homegrown artists wholeheartedly. You were an integral member of our country music 'family' and will be missed by so many people. Keep shaking that tambourine gal and we will save you a place on the front row. Xxx
Mary was a special , fun loving person, once she was in your life, that was that, have so many special memories of the times spent with Mary and Tommy, loved them both to bits. It comes to us all - but doesn;t stop us from feeling so sad. Lots of love to all the family xxxx

Darling Mary, it seems like forever since we met you for the first time at Fort San Antone! Sharing a JD, listening to your beloved country music! Favourite memory was the first Buckle and Boots! One JD too many and George getting you safely back to your van! You were a star! An inspiration of how to live life! We wont forget you and that beautiful smile! Get a festival going in the sky and well see you there someday ️❤️❤️❤️
Mary a true inspiration. You were so friendly and lively never letting others stop you doing what you wanted . You made me feel so welcome . I will miss you so much . Hope your still shaking your tambourine. ️
Mary I will never figure out how you managed to sleep in any camper I ever saw you in but you were a legend of the scene and one of the kindest people I ever met. You will be forever missed and I hope youve found a honky tonk in heaven , see you at some point down the road x
Mary from the first time we met you at buckle and Boots festival you were the light and soul of the festival

Aaw Aaw lovely Mary - you were always the first person I looked for once we had arrived at each festival or gig! We will miss your smile, your friendship and your great sense of fun and love of life. You were always there Mary- and your space at the front of the stage will be reserved for you always. God Bless. Xxx
I never met you but I know our paths will have crossed at Fort San Antone many moons ago. It's clear to see how loved you are and how fondly thought of. Rest in peace lovely lady. X
Such sad news. You always put a smile on our faces whenever we met. Will always remember the laughs that we had when you were trying to learn the 194o's stroll.
Mary was an inspirational woman, seeing her living life to its fullest. Mary was always there to support every country artist she could and she will be missed by so many. She has left a hole in our country music family but we will always remember her, sitting there with her tambourine, with the biggest smile on her face.
We first met Mary when we were camping next to her at Buckle and Boots and we were lucky enough to see her at many other festivals after that. What a fantastic lady. Always the past person standing and an absolute inspiration. Gutted I will never get to see her in her pocahontas outfit with her clappers again. Bless you Mary. X
Festivals and clubs will be quieter without mary and her tambourine, she was the life and soul of any event, always there to cheer people up, love and respect hun you will be missed, like it says " to know you wax to love you "
I can only say this.. Mary was always there at the front row of the music concert no matter how loud it was front of stage often till very late in the night absolutely loving every moment of it and NOT filming it on a phone like everyone else. She knew how to enjoy a good gig and as a semi pro live music photographer who has been in the pit of major arenas I cannot simply grasp how she was able to stand such decibels at such a comfortable level!! I have come to know her over the years and she was always there supporting our live music and she became friends with many of the artists who she saw on stage But as of now I really hope that someone reserves a chair stage front as a memorial to her. That was her parking spot for the night and I am really going to miss her cheeky smile and word of comedy as I pass through the pits. So Mary Thank You for the add on facebook, Thank You for always being there for our live music events I am just sad now that I didn't know you better. You will be in my thoughts for many years to come. Goodnight sweetheart. Dan Schofield Photography..
No words can can explain how much you will be missed. The craziest, kindest and most loving grandma. At least you are finally at peace now with Grandad. Love you forever x
Words cannot describe the heartbreak and shock of the news about the one and only MAD MARY Reunited together forever with Tommy.
Mary was truly a amazing and a one of a kind lady. Your smile always lit up the room, you always knew how to get everybody dancing around with your hand clappers and tambourine
Mary always knew how to party and have a laugh with everybody. No matter where Mary went everybody knew her and how kind hearted and loving she was.
Always a smile on her face. So many of the country music fans and artist all loved seeing her at the clubs and festivals
I have sooo many incredible memorys with you and Tommy, from all the many truly wonderful years I have known you both.
But I have to say one of
The funniest memorys I have was last year when it was our festival.
You turned up at the farndon social club instead of the field where it was.
I turned up to work to see you all on your own with the dog and cat in you car.
You couldnt remember where the festival was.
I had to phone dad to come and drive to show you the way.
But while I was setting up at work. We were just laughing and joking about you losing her way, and not being able to find your phone under all the camping things in the car.
Mary I promise you no matter what you and Tommy will forever and always be in my heart, soul and spirit.
MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO ALL YOUR Family and friends
