Beloved Mum to Elizabeth, Janet & Helen & Partner to William
Leah was loved by many for her generous & caring nature. She’ll be deeply missed by all her family & friends. We’d love to hear your stories & memories on this page. A passionate crafter, avid reader & animal lover. She was at her happiest dog lead in hand walking the local countryside with her four legged friend.
As the funeral service is quite restricted at this time, we will make plans to celebrate her life with friends & family later in 2021. Silletts have kindly setup a link on this site for donations to Bury hospice as room for flowers will be limited. Please feel free to share this page to anyone you think may like to contribute.

Leah, you were such a warm and wonderful person. Thank you for allowing me to spend numerous weekend and school holidays taking over your house with Helen. Such fond memories of our childhood. Think of Helen and the whole family at this incredibly sad time. Sending all my love xxxx
Leah was such a loving, kind, generous lady. She will be greatly missed. We will fondly remember her, her beautiful smile and the lovely times we were lucky to share. Our love and prayers go to Helen, Liz, Janet and Billy xxx
It was so lovely sitting next my Auntie Leah at Sam & Gemma's wedding recently, it had been a while since we'd seen each other so we had a good old natter, catching up on all sorts and remembering family visits when her girls and I were little. She told me about her illness and with typical strength she said, "no big deal". What a warm, gentle and brave lady - rest in peace.
Sending love to Billy, Liz, Janet & Helen xx
So sorry to hear of Leahs passing. Forever grateful to her for keeping me company to my first yoga lesson as I didnt want to go alone .... she wanted to make shelves!
Fond memories of walks to Guardian Angels with Chalkie and Scamp.

We are going to miss Leah so much. Leah we will miss your big heart, your wonderful advice and your generosity. I loved coming for visits, sleepovers and bacon butty stops. Thank you for all your kindness and for being a wonderful companion to my Grandad. Rest in peace xx
Leah, you gave your life to helping others; at the nursing homes, brownies, church, by raising 3 lovely girls, by being a wonderful wife and a kind, loving partner to Grandy. Thank you for all the goodness you put into the world.
I hope youre enjoying a long dog walk in the sky x

Just how we all should remember her , she loved her family , friends , dogs , theatre , trips and handy crafts , and what a smile ! She will be sadly missed xx
It was with great sadness that I received news of Leahs passing. She has been a part of my life always as a much loved aunt. I particularly enjoyed her company when she managed to visit me a few years ago here in Canada and we had both hoped that we could repeat that experience. Sadly it was not to be, but we did enjoy keeping in contact in other ways over the time since. Her pain and frustration has now ceased, and I hope in time that those close to her can look back on their time with her with less sadness. Condolences to Billy, Liz, Jan ,Helen and all her family and friends.
Sincere condolences on the passing of Leah to Bill & family & friends. Leah was a very good friend indeed to my late Mum, Lillian. So sorry to hear about this. Leah was a wonderful person with a heart & soul of pure gold. Rest in peace, Leah.️️
