  A much-loved Mum, Wife, Nana, Great Nana and friend who will be greatly missed by all that were lucky enough to know her.

  Pat was happiest when she was spending time with her family and friends. She had the best sense of humour and was a true fighter.

  Kind, caring, thoughtful, independent, loyal are just a few of her attributes.

  An inspiration to us all.
