Glenn Ward

Glenn, originally from Mexborough passed away at home in Bury on April 10th 2020, surrounded by his family who held him close and whispered words of love as he passed away. A proud and strong Yorkshireman to the end. Beloved Husband of Alison, a cherished Dad to Becky and Sam, loved Father in Law of Dave and Gemma and adored Grandad of Jacob, Charlotte and Isla. Dear Son of the late June and Derek, dear Brother of the late Roger. Glenn had a wicked sense of humour and shared a real love for travel and adventure. A hardworking man who’s loyalty knew no bounds. You taught us all so very much. Taken too soon but what a privilege it was to have you in our lives. Cherished memories time will never erase. As our hearts learn to heal we will miss you immeasurably and love you forever Glenn.
