Theresa is a longstanding friend and former colleague , who I had the pleasure of knowing and working with for nearly 30 years. She was a wonderful lady, who was always immaculate in her appearance and very professional and conscientious in her work, her customers loved her. She was always very proud of her family too and from day 1 of meeting 'T' , when we started working together at RBS Radcliffe, I knew all about Ryan, Ross and Jeff. Oh Theresa, you really were a one off. So smart in every way and when you made a friend you were friends forever. Fiona loved you, your paths were tragically similar and you were both brave and uncomplaining. You really will be missed.
